PAVA works with Heal the Bay annually to check the water quality of the Los Angeles river since 2009. The Water Project lasts for five days, and the students work together to measure samples taken from the Los Angeles river. As one of the founding members of this Heal the Bay Creek Educational Program, I can safely say that the program provides a great opportunity for students to contribute to our community's environmental health.
